1.1 MoveToNL aims to provide expat services focused on living – in combination with working – in the Netherlands.
1.2 MoveToNL offers services such as – but not limited to – assisting with visa applications and 30%-rule. In addition, services are offered aimed at “living in the Netherlands” in the broadest sense of the word.

2.1 We charge fees for our services. Our fees are based on the services provided and will be communicated to you before we start working on your request.
2.2 Our services are provided on a best-effort basis and we do not guarantee any specific outcome.
2.3 Our fees may, under certain conditions-or as required by applicable law-be partially refunded. The applicable conditions are set forth in the proposal we make, in connection with your request and inquiry.

3.1 We own or have the right to use all intellectual property associated with our website and services, including but not limited to, trademarks, logos, and copyrights.
